Before TIGRE. Sergio was General Manager of BOPP - Ecuador with-fu/f management of the company in the two factories7films and glasses. The success of his time here was based on increasing plastic film margins by restructuring of the business and a change in disposable glass portfolio which lead to a 10% margin increase. He also planned the expansion of the disposable glass business in Guayaquil which allowed for the installation of a new factory in this city to improve share and reduce freights.
When Sergio worked in COLOMBIA, he was a NESTLE Director of Sales and Commerce, where He designed new commercial alignment strategy between the company and the commercial area. He reorganized the commercial area and-implemented the new commercial management model, creating team's profits in key clients.
Before Nestle el Director of Sales and Commerce position Sergio was General Manager NESTLE PURINA COLOMBIA AND ECUADOR with a comprehensive management of the company in both countries. His accomplishments include the reversal of the negative trend of Nestle Purina Ecuador with a 70% growth and the creation of a double digit culture with a sustained 14% growth in 36 months. Colombia. Also during this period, he lead the merger and integration of NESTLES.A. and PURINA S.A. and the construction of a new plant with an investment of USD 10MM.
